We know that choosing to get married and ‘who to’ is probably the biggest decision you’ve ever made! We also know that the actual wedding is probably the biggest and most important day of your life so far!

That’s why we’re geared up perfectly to make sure that our part in your special day is better than you could imagine. From the moment you first enquire right through to after the big night, we have someone ready to answer any questions and make sure everything runs smoothly and most importantly stress free.

We even liaise directly with your venue and photographer to make sure they have all the information and insurance certification that they need so they don’t have to trouble you!

Set List

Our hand picked set list is designed especially to make sure that guests of all ages are on the dance floor. Classics both old and new are given the ‘Soultrap treatment’ to make sure they’ve got the right groove to get people on to the floor. Hits from Current Chart Artists, 90’s RnB, Motown & Northern Soul all find their way into the fantastic plethora of tunes that the band use to make sure everyone hits the floor.

Payment

All customers have the opportunity to spread their payments either across a stage payment plan or even monthly between the date of booking and the big day. This frees cash up for other deposits and large payments like venues, photographers, dresses and other essentials. Best of all, there’s no interest and accessing a payment plan doesn’t even require a credit search so your Experian credit score remains unaffected.

Contract

Booking a professional band isn’t a cheap affair. It’s important that before you part with any of your hard earned cash, you make sure that the expectations that you have of the band and that the band have of you are completely transparent, clear and legally binding. This is where a professionally drafted, formal contract is essential. Every Soultrap booking is underpinned with exactly that; a formal, hardcopy contract

Afternoon

Many couples like to have some kind of entertainment/live music during the drinks reception in addition to the evening. We offer either an acoustic duo or a trio, with percussion to create the perfect atmosphere during your drinks reception.

Free Disco

Don’t worry about having to hire a separate DJ for when the band aren’t on stage. Included free, as part of every wedding booking is an interim disco service for before, between and after the live sets.

PA & Lighting

Know that the band will look and sound great with pro-level Sound and Light Equipment that comes as standard. You don’t have to engage the services of a production company as it’s already included which means one less supplier to pay and deal with.

Insurance

We are fully insured for Public Liability Claims up to £5,000,000.

PAT Tested Equipment

All of our equipment is PAT tested annually to ensure compliance with venue requirements.

Illness Cover

All of our members have a ‘dep’ (deputy) so in the event of someone being ill on your big day, you’re never left without great live music!
